The best way to get support is to ask questions on Regreening Forum (here), however, if you are using WhatsApp and would like to support the best way is to do the following.

2. Once you are a member of the community, you can join "RegreeingApp Support" group (without joinning the community, you cannot join the support group). 

3. Ask your question in the support group, once you question is answered, you can stay in the group or leave (or avoid getting too many messages from other members).
